Greetings from PNA-Tampa President - Victoria
Fabreo
I am humbly honored to be elected as the new
President of PNA of Tampa Bay and to be given the privilege to lead this
organization. The incoming officers and Board of Directors find
ourselves greatly reenergized as we receive the baton from the past
officers. However, we cannot do this alone. We need all the help of
every member and prospective members. I challenge all members to be
active in all facets of our organization. If we join ranks together, we
can make things happen for our organization. There is so much that we
need to do especially for those who are less fortunate in life. We can
all make a difference in some other people’s lives by being active. Let
us be heard and be recognized in our community that we have the
resources, skills, and the heart to help when need arises. Let us all
get involved. The successful growth of our organization cannot be
attained by individual efforts but the result of all our collective
endeavors.
Unquestionably the next two years ahead will be challenging for our
organization. It will call for all the energy, imagination, and skills
that we can muster together. The main thrust of our organization’s
efforts will be as follows:
• Recruit new members and encourage inactive members to rejoin and get
involved.
• Have a visible presence in worthwhile community events will the full
participation of the members.
• Increase the number of our scholars and the financial support that we
provide to them.
• More educational programs that provide C.E.U.’s for all members.
• Bigger representation to PNAA Regional and National conferences.
• Improved networking with other PNA organizations in the Florida
region.
As I start my term as President of PNA of Tampa Bay, I truly appreciate
the support and encouragement that I have received from the new
officers, Board Members, as well as past officers. In closing, it is
important that we embrace the goodness of our lives and thank God daily
for the blessings that we have been given.
